General Premise
55.35 million years into the future, three supercomputers resign near or on Earth. One of which, resembling a small, metallic, pyramidal brick, slowly wanders the surface of Earth for no apparent reason other than curiosity. Over the course of many millennia, the supercomputer slowly pieced together the planets history. In the process, however, the machine has also stumbled upon many "ancient" human artifacts allowing for humanities multi-million year long "history" (or to us, the future) to also be cataloged alongside Earth's. The supercomputer documents this history in a long written work known as the "Treatise for Future Men."
